| Directions | Instructions for use: 1. Prepare the samples according to the manufacturer's guidelines. 2. Add the samples to the appropriate wells. 3. Incubate the plate at 37°C for 2 hours. 4. Wash the plate 5 times with wash buffer. 5. Add the detection antibody and incubate at 37°C for 1 hour. 6. Wash the plate 5 times with wash buffer. 7. Add the substrate solution and incubate at room temperature for 15-30 minutes. 8. Stop the reaction with stop solution. 9. Read the plate at 450nm using a microplate reader. |
